visited site due to no comms. removed old Cradlepoint and VZW USB modem (which was unable to establish an internet connection) and installed new Cradlepoint IBR1700, still using MDN# 732-258-1358 & IP 166.149.186.097. Comms now back up. Handel However National Network had no data latency so this was only a problem with the internet connection for Rutgers?
